My mom and I took the girls to Tanganyika Wild Animal Park.



































These last two I’m really proud of because the only adjustment I made is the crop. These colors are SOOC (straight out of the camera) and I really feel like I got it right here!

Cowtown Civil War Reenactment June 1, 2009

Saturday afternoon I headed into Cowtown. I got there just before 2pm when the Civil War Reenactment was to take place. My good friend Mark has volunteered for many years with the 8th Kansas as well as previously worked at Cowtown. And this is the first time in the more than 3 years that I’ve known him…that I’ve actually been able to go watch!

And of course I took lots of pictures. I kept almost 60 of the shots I took. Here are some of my favorites:
